Feel weird

Feeling really weird again I've got like a tickly sensation at the back of my head and my head feels so heavy I also feel really jittery and like I'm no all there and I'm just gonna shut down what is this does anyone else have this?

My head and neck are the worst for me. I get that pins and needles feeling at the base of my neck. The neck itself is as tight as can be. Because of holding my tension in my neck for years, I've developed disc problems. It cricks and cracks when I move.

I can't look up or down without my neck burning from the tenseness. I too, feel jittery all the time. It's nuts...
