Derealization.

Hi im 18 years old and just finished school my anxiety all started towards the end of my final exams and it lasted for about 3 weeks which was the most miserable ive ever been and was very intense. The anxiety has now easied down alot but im experiencing derealization now for over a month and have no idea what to do. Ive also been having extremely vivid halluciations now and again. If anyone can help it will be much appreciated.

I'm having this too. everything seems very alien and I don't want to do anything. the best thing is to remember that other people feel this too. see a psychiatrist, they will help you recover, because people do. if you lived normal to begin with, you can get back there with time <3

Mate dont worry! And do not google symptoms, they will feed your anxiety. You have to ride it out. Ive had it before at the age of 14! For ages! Just ignore it and think positive and even though you will experience these symptoms and they effect you daily just ignore it and dont retaliate unless you want to have anxiety for longer.
