Had a weird headache about 1ish then went to sleep and ice woke up at 3 feeling dizzy ever do weird red hot it's horrible and where ever I put quilt on it burns and I feel ill so I can't fall back to sleep I'm guessing anxiety:/

Good Morning - yes very likely the anxiety - sorry. Try to relax at least even if you cant fall asleep. Stay in bed and have something warm to drink. I am sure you already know anxiety plays all kids of dirty tricks on us to make us believe that there is some serious problem. But it is the anxiety which is the real source of the weird things that we can feel.

Thanks I did I fell asleep about 5 and woke up at half 11 so not bad thank you
