Hello everyone. I am positive that some of you suffer from this issue as well. It doesn't matter if I sleep 4,6, or 8 hours I'm still tired. I have experimented with this. I will feel awake for the first 2 or 3 hours of being awake, but then I suddenly get super tired. I have been cutting a lot of refined carbs out of my diet. For example, I have stopped eating pasta and I limit my bread intake! I do tend to lay in bed for a couple hours after I wake up on the weekends because I only work Monday - Friday. Could it have to do with laying in bed for that long? That is only on 1 or 2 days out of the week. I do take vitamins and I eat nutritious food. I also limit my sugar intake. Morning exercise isn't really an option because I wake up at 6 am and have to be at work by 745 am. I usually workout after work around 5 or 6 pm.Any feedback or advice is appreciated

Your constantly worry is draining your energy and quality of life. I went through it.

When you feel yourself worrying go in YouTube and type in yoga for panic attack. Blonde girl Katrina Repman will show you tricks to calm yourself. I have done this for weeks when I was feeling your way.. I was in the hospital all the time thinking I was dying. This really helps
