Always tired no matter how much or how little I sleep

Hello everyone. I am positive that some of you suffer from this issue as well. It doesn't matter if I sleep 4,6, or 8 hours I'm still tired. I have experimented with this. I will feel awake for the first 2 or 3 hours of being awake, but then I suddenly get super tired. I have been cutting a lot of refined carbs out of my diet. For example, I have stopped eating pasta and I limit my bread intake! I do tend to lay in bed for a couple hours after I wake up on the weekends because I only work Monday - Friday. Could it have to do with laying in bed for that long? That is only on 1 or 2 days out of the week. I do take vitamins and I eat nutritious food. I also limit my sugar intake. Morning exercise isn't really an option because I wake up at 6 am and have to be at work by 745 am. I usually workout after work around 5 or 6 pm.Any feedback or advice is appreciated :)

  • Katie, your having severe anxiety disorder that's putting you into panic attacks.

Your constantly worry is draining your energy and quality of life. I went through it.

Don't eat like crap, and so yoga!

When you feel yourself worrying go in YouTube and type in yoga for panic attack. Blonde girl Katrina Repman will show you tricks to calm yourself. I have done this for weeks when I was feeling your way.. I was in the hospital all the time thinking I was dying. This really helps
