Anxiety & relaxing's always annoying me


I got overwhelmed cooking something & felt some tension in the back of my head & then it felt like I couldn't take any deep breaths to relax . I hate that this thing stresses us whenever it wants to . I'm trying to relax & chill now but geez I was wanting to eat lol I'm trying to meditate, maybe I'm not following the correct guided meditation video or something.
