This is the 3rd night on the run I've had no sleep I try to but can't because I start feeling breathless find it hard to breath and it frightens me then that's on my mind all night I'm sick of feeling like this it's really getting me down 😞Xxx

I'm.sorry you're having such a difficult time. Have you tried relaxation methods... You tube and earphones .... Find something suitable for you xxx
Sorry to read about your sleep patterns. I've been there done that also.
Have you tried having a milky drink and hot/warm bath an hour before bedtime.
Also a little fresh air coming into your room will help with the breathing. I know it's cold at present but rooms that are almost airless and too warm suck the oxygen out of it. Lavender scent is a good relaxant, put a little Lav oil on a hanky and keep it Close so you are breathing in the scent.
I spent most of my life having to read myself to sleep at night, noise didn't help, but a small,bedside light that gave sufficient light for the reading was fine, just as my eyelids were dropping I'd switch light off and was gone!
Also it is a known fact that using computers and game playing stops the brain from switching off. It's like giving kids the quiet hour before bedtime. You have to develop a pattern. Switch off wifi and don't sleep with mobile phone beside you!
So think about your lifestyle pattern before bedtime, the things that are stopping your brain from relaxing and closing down for the night!
Hi X I had the same thing X and I realised that because when I went to bed it was in my mind I was going to feel like this and I was waiting for it to happen and it would X when I go to bed now I try to relax and breath deeply and I have had a few good night sleep X the mind rules what your body does and it's true X but it is so so hard when you suffer with anxiety X I know exactly what you are feeling but try to tell yourself to relax X
