Today was a relatively good day and then one of my son's was just asked if he wanted to go to the cinema at the weekend. Omg! My anxiety is him or at least appears to me as him 😭 glglad you are well today

I had my tea and thought I think I will have another bath, it just makes me feel better these days. I came through to my hot water bottle and chocolates on the bed - bless!! 😆 x
