Anybody else suffer with sensorimotor obsession with swallowing food and liquid?

I find it very hard to get down food/drinks😔

I droped to six stone witch was awful, but I'm back up to 7, I now eat photo and gravey, and I like to drink milkshake, it's an awful feeling like something stuck in your throat keep me posted,

I know its horrible aint it I just keep throat clearing after I have eaten just to see if I do have anything stuck in my throat.
