Feeling really sick

Today I feel really under the weather think its the flu but now anxiety is causing my flu symptoms to be even worse. My body hurts my jaw even hurts. My throat feels like its been through a rasp. ..new years pain boy I feel bad.

hope you are doing much better by now! i too spent about two full weeks with a really bad cold. all the symptoms were awful. you are absolutely right about the anxiety making them all seem so much worse. hope this year brings nothing but wonderful things to you and everyone here!
