Health anxiety some one with it please help

I have belly pains and feel so sick does anyone get that my health anxiety is a joke I hate it why do I feel the way I do someone please help

So many of us that suffer with anxiety get stomach problems and you are sounding anxious at the moment which could be causing the muscles to be tense and then when we eat we don't digest our food as we should causing pains etc

As long as you are not getting it all the time it will be your anxiety if you are getting it often just ask the Doctor to check you over to give you peace of mind but I have suffered with Health Anxiety for years even though I control it a lot better than I used to so if you are like I used to be you will have been to the Doctors already and been checked out , I remember I used to go just about every week with something different , if I had all I thought I had at the time I would be a walking miracle by now to have survived all the deadly illnesses my anxiety would tell me I had

How you move on is not easy but can be done

Have you asked for some therapy ?

Therapy can be very good to get to the root of the problem that has started this fear and usually there is something and then we can start to work on reversing the way we think with support

Try & reason with positive thoughts when the negative ones come in like telling yourself

Why should this be life threatening

I have had stomach ache before and nothing has happened

This is my anxiety trying to get in and control me

There are so many positive thoughts you can tell yourself to try and replace the negative ones , maybe keeping a dairy might help as you may see a pattern of you worrying about health issues and then how nothing bad came of them
