It starts to get dark around 4:00 where I live. I find when that happens outside the street lights and bright colours inside really start to drive my anxiety crazy. It sounds so silly and strange but I know the two are related. Its especially bad when im tired.. I hate things like Christmas lights too ahh.. does anyone else have a similar experience or can relate at all to this?

I have had a lot of tension in my eyes and ears and the tension makes me feel tired. I noticed that certain lights make me feel worse.

It is hard to look at bright lights and it sometime very difficult when anxiety is bad at that time..
