My anxiety has cleared up so much and I'm feeling so much better on the from but for some reason random anxious thoughts will just pop into my head completely out of my control and it's not nice even though I can just shake them off now, anyone have this or know to help it?

I am really pleased that you are dealing with your anxiety and feeling so much better
I have always saw this anxiety like a little bully that gets us so much that it controls us which it likes but when we break away like you have it will keep prodding us to see if it can get a reaction and control us again , so I would say ignore the thoughts see them for what they are just little bullies and tell them where to go , it is quiet normal to get these thoughts randomly

What you are experiencing is the true insidious nature of anxiety. It is the snake in the grass that leaps out at us when we least expect it. But you clearly have developed methods for dealing with anxiety in your life that work for you. Carry on doing that, whilst being aware that anxiety will attack you at your weakest point.
