Can't sleep

Hi I please let me know if this happens to any one.

I go to sleep and like 2 hour later in the middle of my sleep I feel

That something is so stressful and is making my brain so tired then I wake up

Shaking so scared and feel so desperate thinking that I'm going to lose my mind

And also get really bad noise in my left ear help
