Always something new...

I have been really bad about exercising the last few weeks as my anxiety has been bad and makes me want to stay in bed or watch tv all the time. I'm always doing homework sitting at my desk, in bed or on the couch. One day I had minor leg discomfort in the back of my calf and made the mistake of googling it. Now everytime I get any pain behind my knee and/or in my calf I think I have a blood clot. I know I probably don't but the pain, and muscle twitching, feel so real it's hard just to chalk it up to my anxiety. Does anyone else struggle with this?

Yes for the past 2 weeks I've had anxiety about a blood clot because of googling my leg and foot twitching. It also showed up ALS! Dont worry though! Im learning that anxiety amplifies every feeling to make you think its something worse.. And of course googling symptoms will just fuel the anxieties.
