Anxiety attacks

Hi everyone. Has anyone ever had a panic attack so bad that it affected their speech? I had a severe one and for the first time I had slurred and delayed speech. I've never had this happen before during an attack. I went to the hospital and all my tests came back fine. Anyone else experience this?

Thank you. This has had me worried because I had never had it happen and never heard of it happening.
