Hi I looking for CBT and wonder if anyone have great books which available to buy ??. Private CBT session in kent which are on the cheap side ??

Dare is one of the better books I have read I got mine from amazon. I need to read it again it was calming to read and gave some good insight as the author was a sufferer too.

Can you not ask your doctor to refer you for counselling?

Thank for the reply, just order the book from amazon. The only problem from getting counselling through the GPS is getting the time off work to go as I do shift work.

I work nights and also struggle with appointments. The counsellor I saw was quite accommodating the first session I had to take what I was given then book the next five at a more suitable time.

The problem I had with gp referral was that I only got six and that didn't really scratch the surface. I have no idea how much private sessions cost .

I rather start with someone who can do as many sessions as possible. I gone through a minds who I waiting to get back to me.
