Hey everyone, I have been suffering from anxiety for a couple of months now, it's been a horrible journey but everyday Iearn more about myself, so I'm a way anxiety can be a good thing, it can bring out the real you, for the past year I had been pretending to be someone I really wasn't, and I feel that my anxiety realised it wasn't right for me and is helping me get myself back, ive been dealing with it fine lately, keeping myself busy, thinking about things that make me happy and exciting things, also I've been following an exercise dvd which makes me feel stronger each day, I just want people to know that what you are going through isn't forever, just focus on yourself and your desires, I promise you everything will be alright!
