Anxiety OCD

My throat actually feels as if somebody is strangling me but the doctor couldnt find anything wrong so they put it down to anxiety and also said I had ocd because I keep checking my body for signs of illness

So if anybody else has any weird anxiety symptoms I would love to hear about them so I know im not on my own with these symptoms

I have this throat strangling sensation from time to time. I have noticed that it seems to be when I am most stressed. But I did have an ent appointment and was diagnosed with reflux which I guess also affects the throat. I need to get an appointment with gp to see which he thinks causes the issue. What I do know is the less attention you pay it the sooner it passes.

Thankyou for your reply and I do have reflux so that might be the reason I am getting a tight throat I didnt know reflux caused a tight throat sensation thankyou and you also take care.

i have some similar things, i just get mostly dizzy and fall to the ground with blurry eye vision, i don't feel any pains though
