I am being driven insane by pin pricks - help!

I have suffered quite a bit of anxiety lately and for about 6 days I have been getting sharp pinpricks all over. What on earth can I do to make these leave me alone. They are causing me pain, making me tearful they may never go away and spiralling me into depression. I saw my doc 4 days ago and was put on diazepam til I can cope with having my regular anti depressants changed.

Any help is desperate and so appreciated.
