Panic attack or anxiety?

So I was sitting on the chair rocking my son to sleep and all of a sudden a tingling feeling came through my heat got really hot and started crying feeling like I was dying but I hadn't really gone away feel sick to my belly and my body feels weak and jello somebody help

The same thing happened to me several time, I also have children : it is distressing. I also fainted. Since I was diagnosed with NCS (Neuro cardio genie syncope), I just tell myself that it's fainting, and panic goes with it, and I'll feel better. Put your feet up, lie down and the blood will come back to your head and you'll feel better?
