Hi Health Unlocked my name is Rachel. just wanna say that i am always getting gas pains during the day and they are painful. i am always having to bend over and its not fun. i am having some right now. they are making me feel miserable right now. hope others have some suggestions.

If you are feeling anxious this can mess up our digestive systems and give us gas as well as things like irritable Bowel
Are you eating regular as this is important , little & often they say is the best
Sometimes a glass of milk can help to relieve it but I would also have a word with your Doctor so they can reassure you & check what is happening and maybe prescribe something to help
