Hello after a bad exsperiance in hospital I was diagnosed with PTSS.

Not copying well with the anxiety , sweating insomnia fear- I can go on .My bizarre sometimes aggressive behaviour which is totally out of character . Panic attacks are truly frightening . They have refferd me for talking therapy waiting 4 weeks to date . I also have inflamatory Athens Fybromialga and osteoarthritis . I don't know if I can go on like this iam exhausted and afraid all the time I have also told my husband to leave me - I know he is also exhausted , but I don't trust anyone anymore has anyone else gone through this any advise is truly welcome . Thank you.

am 28 i get the heat all round my head propranpol carms it but it never stops i get it at night and when i when i wake up i cant even touch my gf because my hands are so sweaty am feaked she will leave me from a gym fit tough guy to a utter mess ;(
