I have been a sufferer of various mental health issues for many years. I have recently gone through a breakup of my marriage, brought on mostly by my condition. My wife and stepson cannot cope with the extreme tension and anxiety I seem to pass on to them without realising. Has anyone got some ideas on how I can keep myself, and my family, calm as there are times when we have to interact? I have tried extensive CBT and relaxation techniques in the past, none of which have had a lasting effect
