Hi thank u so much Iv been feeling very on edge and low crying a lot tday this evening I just cudnt cope anymore how can I cope with another day of this torture I'm asking for help but can't seem to get rite help started the sertraline 50 6 mths ago I thought I' wudnt still be feeling like this doc has asked me to increase to 75 mg I still haven't don't know y I'm punishing myself I'm suffering but I know they're gonna mess me up until I adjust this nervous scared feeling is worst I keep feeling something bad is gonna happen having a tough time supposed to go to docs tmoro to get blood checked I don't go out maybe it's tgat that's scaring me Iv had thyroid problems ? Menopause now this anxiety depression awful

Oh Andy, please let me start be saying this could of been me writing what you have just explained, sertraline 50 mg is nothing at all it's just the minimum starting dose, so that's doing nothing for you !!!! I know Iv been there on them just like you, worked my way up to 200mg and still did very little of anything !!!!! That's why I'm feeling so very bad Iv just spent weeks reducing sertraline to start taking minimum dose of venlofaxtine, so like you on very low dose that needs building up until then Andy we suffer badly !!!! You make sure you go the GP tomorrow as planned and tell them how bad you feel, the more honest you are the more help you ll get xx

Really I'm so glad u kno wat I mean thank you for your help feel so alone with it all so should I try the extra otherwise they'll say I never gave them a chance I dread them not working I don't know if I'm brave emuf to start again like u xx
