I've seen a lot of people on here with a fear of heart attacks, not being able to breathe and fainting. I have a fear of fainting too, but my main fear is a fear of seizures. I don't know why. I've never had one and it doesn't run in my family. I have constant derealisation and brain zaps so that might be part of why I thought of seizures. But ever since I thought of it (probably about 8 months ago) I haven't been able to get it out of my head. Now every weird feeling I get ends in me thinking I'm going to have a seizure. Such a weird fear!
