I literally feel like I'm dying

Hi.

I need some help here.

I've been suffering with anxiety for 5 years now, I'm currently 18.

I feel so weak and frail, I don't know what's wrong with me. I quit smoking so I moved on to redbull; I drink at least 1 can per day, because it keeps me away from smoking.

Now, here's the part that I can't handle. I worry myself thinking about it.

I feel SO unhealthy.

I'm a programmer, video editor and graphic design artist. I play PC games as a hobby; which clearly means I'm at home in my office a LOT. I don't go outside much, only 3 times per week for college 9 until 5.

Now, you're probably just going to tell me to go to a doctor for advice or a check up something but I don't want to worry my mother; so I was wondering if you guys could give me a basic idea on what's wrong with me. I just need a judgement.

Here it goes:

Constant yawning

Bones feel brittle

Stinging aches in my arms and knees.

I feel weak, hand twitches. Keep needing to click my fingers.

It's hard to breath.

Chest feels tight.

Can't even do 5 minutes of house work without being warn out and completely exhausted.

Heart feels weak.

Dissyness and I'm cold, even when it's warm about.

Extreme stinging in my stomach when I need to go to the toilet.

My bladder is messing up, I feel like I need to pee; nothing comes out and it just stings man.

There's a lot more, but I don't have time to type it all out.

I feel like this is anxiety related.

I don't have the confidence to go outside and do stuff.

I get panic attacks on a daily basis because I can't be home alone and my mother needs to work.

Please, help.

Id recommend an appointment with your gp to put your mind at ease. I'm sure your mother would want to know this is going on. Next I would try your best to slowly cut back on the caffeine..that'll just make anxiety worse. And the next is to get up and move no matter how uncomfortable it feels. Sitting in the feelings and sensations only amplifies them. I'm sorry you're feeling this way but I must say I can relate to everything you've written and sometimes the feelings and sensations are so hard to explain but I know what you're talking about and you don't need to feel alone in this

Chelsea, 2 things stand out when reading your post that should be addressed. First is the Red Bull. That's the last thing you need when suffering anxiety symptoms. That alone can make you jittery, hard to take a breath and chest tightness. All that caffeine.

Most importantly is to see a doctor or go have your urine checked at a walk in clinic for the burning you are feeling when trying to urinate. You may have a bladder infection which is controllable. Wouldn't it be nice to get rid of some of those symptoms making you feel so ill? Good Luck my dear.

Don't take redbull anymore I was talking that and a lot of coffee just to get energy and ended up with severe anxiety

Sounds like you have UTI ( urinary track infection) which has to be treated with antibodics which you have to get from your doc . You can discuss other problems you are having with doc also. DO NOT LET THIS GO, call for appointment immediately. When you quit smoking, your body will go thru withdrawal. Drinking Redbull could also be cause of some of your other issues.

Seeing a doc will put you on the road to feeling much better !
