Can someone tell me what I have? It's like a new symptom I have... It's where I lost the feeling of feeling normal :/ like I feel like I have the energy to do things but my body is weak and tired all the time

i have that exact same problem i have no energy in my body to do things i really need to do and at the moment ive got a cold sore cause im so run down from trying you may just need to re adjust your schedule if you can and try and do things bit by bit instead of having to complete things within a time frame i dont know if thats possible you may have to go to work having anxiety is exhausting even listening to people or having a converstion is exhausting and the symptoms can change from day to day one day youre dealing with this symptom another day its entirely different one things for sure its all crap
