Yeah I have had this many times u feel as if you can't think straight and you have a weird headache all the time, mine was so bad I would have problems talking because my mind would just drift I'm not sure how I helped it but parcetamol to take away the headache and try too stop overthinking, I know it's extremely hard but it all contributed to this awful feeing, I also find that having hope it will end helps trust me i was in this position about 3 weeks ago it just eases up. Good luck!
