Feeling sick

Does anyone have any suggestions for what I am going to explain other than the ones I mention ? I have been feeling a bit sluggish the past few days. Today I am not so much sluggish, as I am being productive, but my throat has been sore and I can hardly breathe out of my nose without trying hard then my heart starts racing. I've been using cough drops, drinking tea, using saline spray for my nose, drinking water and eating oranges. Does anyone know what else might help ? I had my first bloody nose ever in the car today. I think that it was a result from having crust in my nose and blowing it out super hard.
