My feet feel weird a lot. I walk on the marble floors and my feet is rubbery making slippery noises. And my legs feel rubbery and numb too. It's my feet that are worrying me. I don't feel them at times like these. when I sit in the bed in a cross legged position my feet feel like there is a lot of lactic acid fatigue in them. That rush of hot tingling feeling makes me feel j horrible. I have DP/DR as well. Please can someone help with what to do? I tried putting cream on my feet but it doesn't help.

Feet and legs feeling weird.
perhaps you are over thinking and causing yourself un-necessary anxiety. a walk in the fresh air is good for our well being
Hi there do you have a user name?
Have you tried any supplements? Magnesium is good for muscle pain, crams tingling etc. I too experience leg problems jelly legs, aching and buzzing at times. To be honest they have been much better for a few weeks now and this is after many months of issues now my anxiety is focusing on other areas, the fact that they have been better finally is giving me reassurance that maybe it was to do with anxiety and pms as I always had pain in the legs a few days before my period.
Like another person said you are probably putting a lot of focus on your legs the symptoms are real but we put more focus on it making them worse.
Try to get a massage, soak in Epsom salts in the bath, take pain killers if you need to and do try some magnesium.
Hope you feel better soon
