Made the wrong decision of eating the cream pasta for dinner last Saturday. I vomited out my dinner that night and I have been feeling nauseous since. Really afraid that my stomach upsets and anxiety will come back.

Hi,

Firstly I would not be too hard on yourself about eating the pasta. We all from time to time eat and drink the wrong stuff. It is perhaps easier said than done, but think of it this way. I have eaten something that has upset my stomach which happens to everyone at some stage. It will flush through my system and I will be fully fit soon.

I hope this helps.

Mark

Hope you feel better now. Its normal to feel anxiety wondering if it will happen again but whether it was due to the food you ate or an illness, its done and over with now so the anxiety should let up.

Thanks. I'm afraid of my anxiety coming back because stomach discomfort and nausea are often the symptoms before my anxiety comes head on. Now, I'm trying to convince myself that everything is alright and I will feel better soon.
