strange feeling in the heart

when I visited N.Y. by the ‘Lubavitcher Rebbe’. I ate without thinking about my health.

One day I sat down to learn something when suddenly I felt a feeling of blood streaming in my chest.

I didn’t think there was anything to worry about though, probably just too much work but after awhile,

when it didn’t go away, I started to get worried although it was quite fun, ticklish actually, at the beginning .

Some time ago I learned about vitamin C and how it helps the body get rid of cholesterol that gets stuck to the arteries.

I know that red peppers have lots of it so every morning I bought one red pepper for breakfast;

within the week I didn’t felt the blood stream any more.
