Nauseous and anxious

Hi

I have been diagnosed with high levels of cortisol. This is causing me to awake around 5:00am with nausea and underlying anxiety which I believe is caused by the nausea. I am on a supplement called Serophos, it seems to help a little but not totally. My mornings are pretty bad. This has been on going for several months. Wondered if anyone else has had this condition. All my blood tests look fine, I discovered the high cortisol from a saliva test given to me by my doctor.
