Hi chubbers. Have you been to your doc about the pain? If you know where the pain is, then maybe you will be able to focus on coping with the pain, and the anxiety may get less.

You are so fortunate to have a job you enjoy doing - focus on that and all the good things about being at work. What are they? The people around you? The skills you use? The surroundings? Focussing on these may help you to put your anxiety further away.

Hope this is a little help to you.

Well work causes me physical pain as well as it is stressful. I've had anxiety long before I ever had pain but together they are worse. I like my job but it is wearing on me bad! Sorry to be so negative half the time I don't even feel real
