I'm currently experiencing some very strange sensations in the front of my head. It feels like my brain is fuzzy in my forehead or something like that. This feeling is accompanied with the feeling of being aware of what I'm doing and where I am, but I seem to space out a lot easier and lose concentration. (Currently hard to deal with, taking on my A-levels). This feeling comes and goes from day to day. I had it once before a while back, probably a couple of months. It went and now has come back and it feels awful, I just want to feel normal mentally. Another strange thing.. I sometimes feel, when in school or elsewhere in public, that I am scared of weeing/pooing myself, or sometimes I worry that I have. I haven't ever, but I get scared randomly. Also a lack of memory. Finding it hard to remember what I did yesterday in school lessons etc.
Help. Please. I'm sick of it.

This sounds like stress/anxiety. I lost a day during study for my A levels, completely lost a day. Turned to write my diary entry and it was on the wrong page and I couldn't recall anything I did the day before, nothing.
A levels are the hardest work you'll ever do. Uni is nothing by comparison. Honestly. I recommend going to the doc, explaining the symptoms like you have here (maybe print out a version of the above) and ask for help. It's very common to get stressed, but that doesn't mean that you should handle it alone.
Good luck, and my other suggestion is, is there a teacher (not even necessarily your main ones, just any of them who seem like you can trust them) you can have a word with and let them know how hard things are right now? I know it is hard to be discreet in school but there is usually a chance to grab one of the decent ones and chat, and the good ones will always take time to help. It's their job to support you through school.
I hope you feel better soon, and you can always come on here, people here have had every sign of anxiety and can always offer a comforting word. You're not alone!
