Acid reflux & tips. Oh, anxious one

Hi.

I think anxiety is one messy thing . For anyone that has acid reflux, do you ever think something is up with you ? You know, that pain near your breast or sharp pains in your stomach . You think it's like panicky feelings or something more , once you burp or fart :/ lol then you're fine. Maybe, you're a bit anxious but you're world's better? Yep. That's me. Anyone know certain foods or drinks to relieve this discomfort? Lol any other things you do to relieve gas & ease your stomach ?
