Hey everyone. I hope that you all enjoyed your weekend. I have been praying for this entire community. Sometimes anxiety and depression seemingly strike without a reason. The most imporant thing is to keep positive and to think about getting better. It will not last forever. I was suffering from depression & anxiety for 8 years. Recently I have been doing a lot better. The hardest part of the ride is being patient. You will not be suffering forever. You are all strong individuals in your own way and one day it will be significantly reduced. I'm keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.

Tbh a few days ago all my depression symptoms got a lot worse and then it turned into anxiety. Should i go to the hospital to check if the symptoms are anxiety and not anything life threatening? 😕

What are your symptoms? Have you had them before?

Breathing problems, chest pains, weird temperatures, fast heart rate, etc. I've been having them recently and ive never had them before

I mean if you haven't had anything ruled out, I don't think that it is necessarily a bad idea. I have had everything ruled out. I have gone through 20 different physical symptoms and all that I have is gerd and asthma.
