Is it realllly my anxiety?

I have anxiety for years and have had chest pains and palpitations. But just recently i have had chest pain a flutter in my throat pain in my left arm you name it i had it....i have been to ER 3 times this year all with perfect blood work and normal EKGs. This morning i had the pain called an ambulance they came out and again said ekg was normal and that it has to be anxiety because after all thise ekgs and blood work something would have shown up. Then i go to the web and read how women had normal ekgs and bloodwork and ended up having heart attacks days later....IM SO SCARED! WHY CAN I NOT ACCEPT THAT I AM OK AND ALL TESTS ARE NORMAL. These symptoms are so scary
