Knotted stomach

Hi, started this week had soreness in my groin area on both sides when it started have treated it better now ,this sounds silly I could not get comfortable in bed then had a panic attack that I could not sleep, which could not I have had them before a couple of times , had a couple of nights good sleep , now I have had this knotted feeling in my stomach and feel slightly weak for the last three days I am eating but not got appetite like I usually do and having like palpitations in my chest I have never had this before , wondering what is causing it

Same here but I've been suffering with this for 3 weeks :/ I don't know how to control it
