Anxiety

I have anxiety and I don't know if this is normal but I feel sick on and off 24/7. I feel like I'm going to throw up, but I don't. Also I have a fear of vomiting so that makes me not want to eat just incase I throw up. Even when I'm not hungry I feel sick, when I have just eaten I feel sick and I sometimes wake up in the night feeling sick. It's ruining my life because I can't leave the house sometimes just in case I'm sick and I sleep with a bag next to me just incase I'm sick. I need help I don't know whaylt to do.....

  • From all those times you have felt sick and felt like you were going to vomit, have you? I feel like you're worrying too much about vomiting and they way you are feeling, it's only adding to your anxiety and to the negative physical feelings. Just try and continue your day even with those feelings. You throw up then you throw up. It's not the end of the world. I know I'm being a little straight forward but that's what you got to do to get over this fear.
