I used to not have anxiety up until last week I had some dental work done on a Wednesday and by mid Friday I was in full anxiety panic mode by Sunday I went to the hospital was a little dehydrayed but that was it they did urinalisis and blood work everything came back perfect except for me I'm a wreck I have the shakes I can't stay asleep feel like my body is heating up at times I can't eat my throat feels small hospital says there's really not much they can do I am very scared and do not know what to do

My recent anxiety started after some dental work! I had the tests etc same as you.

But there was a loud else going on in my life at the time. New baby work stress hormone oddities. I think the dental stuff wad the last straw and my body our mind cracked under the pressure and gave me anxiety.

When I got therapy I realised I'd had different versions of it all my life. This was the worst though!

If it goes on, get help. You don't have to do it on your own. And if you write down all the things that are going on with you at the moment you might find there is a lot more than you think. Give yourself a break and remember people on here can support.
