Anxiety

Hi. I'm 19 and unfortunately suffering from health anxiety and depression for around 7 years. I have been going to see a GP about how to deal with it but they give me medication, but with me having health anxiety i am convinced that the medication is making me even more ill because everytime I take one I throw up. I've tried low doses of Setraline and different beta-blockers. They tell me to phone a councillor but every time I do they seem to be busy and they'll 'give me a call back' which I never receive. I don't know whats causing it whether it's work, hormones, family but it's come to the point where i'm physically ill because of it. I just need help and reassurance😔
