Hi everyone! I am very familiar with the way that anxiety can make you believe that something is terribly wrong with you. I have been dealing with discomfort in my breathing and feeling like I'm not breathing efficiently. I went in to get tested for asthma on Monday and sure enough I have asthma . Instead of making yourself worry, it is worth it to get tested. Since I've been using a steroidal inhaler I have been feeling way better. Im not saying that my anxiety has vanished or anything magical, but it has put me at a considerable amount of ease. I know that it is going to take time for me to handle my anxiety 110% the way that I want it to be.

Hey Katie, glad your feeling better and found the cause of your shortness of breath .. Take care and God Bless
How wonderful you feel better and yes your right need to get tested as non of us are doctors on here, just here to keep each other going advising and sometimes reassure. But some things definitely need to be looked at. Xxx mandy😊
I always feel like there is something wrong with me but I don't know what it is and I've had a doctor tell me she won't do anymore tests because the problems I'm experiencing aren't inhibiting my daily life.
