Having a good day then went wrong :-(

I was having a good day then heard ifyears u suffer anxiety you can be more prone to heart decease strokes and heart attack as you get older, now I'm really worried I know my panic attacks and that can't kill me but this thing of it damaging your heart and blocking your archerys has me freeking out now

Hi love if we worried about everything someone says wed all have been born in a bubble. xx older age does come with ailments its life. Dont eat this don't drink that, don't do this that or the other. Life is one big raffle and when that holy man up in them der clouds pulls your number out then thats that, no matter what your doing or where you are. Life is for living until then no point us worrying were wasting precious time. Xxx mandy😉

Thanks Mandy was just having a moment I'm 32 like why I'm thinking about future so much it just scares me especially when people tell you if you've heart decease and you have anxiety panic attacks your more prone to these issues is no help!!! "Even though I don't have heart decease" yet!! But I'm just been a pain in my own ass today ha I'm seriously bored of listening to myself sometimes ha ha
