Finally i went to psychiatrist to prevent the insanity because i feel like i can't handle this anxiety anymore, he gives me dogmatil, cipralex and frisium . I used to doubt about psychiatrist and stuff but this time seems working to me! I used to had 85-100 bpm resting heart rate and 120-130 bpm when I'm standing up, now my resting heart rate only 75-78 bpm and standing up heart rate is 100-105 bpm.

That is excellent. Any goals on where you'd like it to ultimately be?
I haven't heard of those medications. How long have you been in them and do you have side effects? I'm glad they are working for you
