Become the observer

When your head is racing, stand in an imaginary circle, then take one step back outside your circle and observe the tornado of thought in front of you. Don,t be afraid it is only imaginary. Observe this as though it is no longer part of you. Stand for a moment and allow your head to slow down. You are no longer involved in your thoughts, you are the awareness just calm.....God Bless
