I wondered if anybody has seen the news today that 1 in 10 men are believed to have "bigorexia", an anxiety disorder which causes someone to see themselves as small, despite being big and muscular. This can often lead to depression, steroid abuse and even suicide.
Has anybody ever had any experience of this? Either personally or knows someone who has?
