My anxiety started at an early age as far as I can remember. In fact, as a kid I used to be so anxious about my dad dying thinking my family would be homeless and hungry as he was the only bread winner in the family. Over the years, it started to creep to every aspect of my life from travelling on public transport, going out to bars, socialising, food shopping even walking in the street.
