Feeling hot and cold all the time?

Does anyone else experience feeling hot like having a fever but not actually have one? I'm either hot, cold or both.

Yeah many a time my handsome feet are worst for been proper frozen n I get changes in my skin colour too from blue pink colour when cold on my arms n legs n also when I get out of bath

I experience this especially when im having anxiety. One minute I will be hot and within a few seconds I will get cold. I also do this during anxiety attacks.
