Help am sick of writing the same thing this is ruining my life liturly

I see a blue dot sometimes a blodge sometimes tiny sometimes average size all my eye test and retina test are good and clear pressure test to but I see this dot I have got floater and have broken my eye n cheek socket due to rugby please help

I really do feel for you , years ago when I was even younger than you are now I got it in my head I was going to have a heart attack and I spent years been anxious over that thought , it ruined so much but back then we did not have all the access to services like we do now to give us support and help

You really need to go to the Doctors & I know I have said it before but you do , we can support you & tell you that everything is fine but it is your Doctor that can refer you to the Hospital if they feel the need or can refer you for some counselling

Please think about this I am sure if you get the support you won't look back and eventually you will realize it was the best thing you did
